Learn to empower and transform the life of many pregnant humans with yoga and its tools!
Gain knowledge on how to support pregnant humans through each trimester of pregnancy. You will be trained in a sequence that is specifically designed to empower and prepare women for birth, and develop the tools you need to create your own safe, fun, and empowering sequences. You will learn how to work with the special needs of postnatal yoga students, too.
This training is designed for yoga teachers, doulas, labor & delivery nurses, midwives, or any pregnant or postpartum women interested in deepening their knowledge and yoga practice. You don’t even have to go on to teach prenatal yoga afterwards. You may just want to take this course for your own personal study and development if you have interest in the topic. You don’t need to pregnant either, and if you are, congratulation!
