Prenatal yoga can help you ride the big waves of change and empower you to trust your pregnant body and motherly instincts. I am so happy you found us. You are not alone in this, and you deserve support and care in your journey to motherhood.
My name is Lisa, and I am the founder and owner of Austin Prenatal Yoga. After the birth of my first daughter in 2008, I was forever transformed and inspired to share the gift of yoga with pregnant people. I am sure yoga and its tools helped me to have a comfortable, healthy pregnancy and empowering, smooth birth.
I have taught thousands of pregnant people over the past 15 years. It is an honor and inspiration to witness expectant mothers claim their power, intuition, and strength through the powerful and healing benefits of prenatal yoga and community.
When I am not teaching prenatal yoga, I am getting my hours to become an LPC, reading astrology charts for friends, and taking walks. I have a teenage daughter and tween son.
