Prenatal Yoga Class Description
This flow prenatal class will create strength, stability, flexibility, and strength. It will awaken your birth power and cultivate trust in your body and the pregnancy and birth process. This prenatal yoga class will relieve pregnancy discomforts and teach you how to cope with labor pains through breath and movement. You will leave yoga class feeling calm, confident, refreshed, and connected to your baby. This safe space will also nurture acceptance, compassion, and positive energy. You will receive nourishing support and love from other expecting moms – one of the best parts of prenatal yoga class!
